Saturday the 24th was my 21st birthday!! We celebrated on the 25th, because Josh didn't have to work that night. During the day on my actual birthday, I went to a basketball game with Josh, which was a lot of fun!



I had some great times, it was really a great birthday. Since I just moved a month ago, and just got a job about three weeks ago, it's safe to say I haven't made that many friends yet, so it was just Josh and I. Which wasn't bad, I do love my boy, but I def missed my friends and family.


To add to the frustration of the day, my cell phone decided to stop working. Really, there was no reason for it, it just stopped connecting. Weird stuff. But it started working again this morning, random, huh?!


Some drama went along with my birthday dress that I made a blog about, and we won't go into that. The short story, I couldn't wear it, which made me very sad. So instead, I wore this outfit when we hit the casino to celebrate on the 25th!





We went to Ruidoso, to the casino out there. We hit the bar first, and got a drink. Then we went to loose some money! And that we did. Haha, it wasn't much, I think he ended up spending like $57, all of it birthday money from family. After that, we went to the bar again, and got some more drinks and some food! After that, we hit the arcade and then went home. I passed out in the car. Good 21st birthday? Yes. Yes it was.

You've got diamonds on your feet!

As most of you know, I posted a couple back about my birthday dress. I got the first one, the all black with the sparkly skirt. It came the other day, and boy is it cuuuute! Anyways, I just tried it one once, I am going to be a foxy girl on my birthday this Saturday!


As a little present to myself, I got these beauties.



They are from Newport News. I think I am in love. With shoes. I wore them around the house. Josh just rolled his eyes when they came in the mail today.


The UPS man knows who I am now. Because I've been getting presents and boxes all week, and I get so excited and start jumping around when I see him. Josh and I were out by the car today when he came, we were on our way to run some errands. When he came around the corner in our complex, I started jumping around and saying "yayyy! Presents!!" and you could see the guy start crackin up in his drivers seat. It was great. It's a toss up on whether that, or actually getting my shoes, was the highlight of my day.
